The Appointment

In-Home Euthanasia Visit — $390 + travel fee Deep sedation first, always. All medications included. We never rush a goodbye.

After-Hours or Same-Day Urgent Visit — additional $100. After 9:00 PM, or when your pet can't wait.

Large Pet fee $100 pets over 100 lbs

Lift Assist $150 pets over 150 lbs.

Quality of Life Consultation — $390 + travel fee An honest in-home assessment of your pet's comfort. Book a euthanasia appointment later and half this fee is credited.

Travel fees typically range $25–$150, quoted exactly when you call. If I'm available and your fur baby needs help, I will come.
Aftercare

Private Cremation (ashes returned) — $380 · Pets over 150 lbs — $425 Individual cremation, with your choice of ceramic urn, rosewood box, or scatter box — nameplate included.

Communal Cremation (no ashes returned) — $280 A gentle, respectful option for families who don't wish to have ashes returned.

Home Burial — no additional cost Some families prefer to lay their pet to rest at home.

Clay Paw Print — $45 A keepsake impression of your pet's paw, made by our crematory partner. Available with private or communal cremation.

Ash Shipping — $35 Ashes are normally picked up at our crematory partner in Jacksonville (6950 Philips Hwy, Suite 42). If you'd prefer them shipped directly to your home, we'll arrange it.
Good to know information
Our crematory partner contacts you directly the moment ashes are ready. We accept cards, checks, and cash. Military families receive a $25 courtesy discount. Upgraded urns and keepsakes: crevassespcs.com, arranged directly with the crematory.
